Kipchabo Tea Factory is designed as a three-line factory with an annual capacity of 18 million kilograms of green leaf per year. The main aim of the factory is the production of CTC black tea.
The factory processes green leaf from four catchment areas namely; Nandi North & South, Kakamega and Kaptarakwa with a total of 1,067.8ha and out growers as follows: –
